The reason we insist on making everything handmade is the result of our pursuit of deliciousness and freshness.

In order to deliver coffee beans roasted in-house at ROAST WORKS in the best condition and as quickly as possible, All drip bag filling work is done by hand by our staff.
We achieve freshness and quality that is impossible with machine filling.

Process from roasting to bean grinding to packaging

1. Roasted in a German-made Probat 12kg roaster
2. Grind the beans using a commercial grinder to match the grind size for the drip bag.
3. Fill the drip bag with powder while measuring and seal.
4. Once completed, pack it in a box and ship it by EMS.
